  • Added the compression of hdf5 files in tar-ball.
  • Potentially this could be used for writing phonopy-files as well, you could probably get a huge reduction since the redudancy is large in those files. Although phonopy doesn't do this so maybe we shouldnt.

@erhart, please confirm that this indeed those shrink your SCs files
