Update plugin.xml and build-extras.gradle.

  • "compileSdk" is not recognized by Gradle as a valid directive.
  • "targetSdk 30" does not compile, because the dependency "androidx.window:window-java:1.0.0" requires as minSdkVersion 31.
  • "cordova.plugin.zoom" as "android-package"'s value raises a class not found exception at runtime because he tries to instantiate the class "cordova.plugin.zoom" instead of "cordova.plugin.zoom.Zoom".
