Implement ConnectionTypeService

  • Implemented ConnectionTypeService to manage the connectionType setting
  • Restored previous implementation of ConnectionSettings.vue with dropdown and injected ConnectionTypeService as a dependency
  • Created ConnectionTypePanel as a separate component for overlay selection of connectionType from the NavigationBar and injected ConnectionTypeService as a dependency
