Proto/rollup: use the data encoding
The bug was as the encoding when convert the number 10 (onward) to the binary of 0 and 1, it has the same prefix as the encoding number 1. It raises the Invalid_key.

As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired.
