it seems "1 was translated to 3" (but we only have a mask from 1, 2, 4 and 8 in tmwa)
changing to 1=1 fixed this issue

tested in tmwa(fixed UP/DOWN imitation)
tested in herc(didnt had that bug, is working nicely like before)
