Function test measurement: precision and API's

Function-test of the ultimate purpose of this project. Contains
several new files as technique for automatic-testing temporal
behaviour reliably requires much more work and diligence than
"normal" function-tests.

As timeliness and measuring there-of is the primary function for
this project, the extra work and divergence from perceived common
ways, are motivated and necessary.

Goals and function:
* Measurements. Is service executing within expected tolerances?
* API setting-up, running and harvesting dprobes results
* POC for function tests for other utrace supported c-projects
* Calibrating expectations and evaluation methods such that test has
  a reasonable chance to succeed on other targets. The challenge is
  in the tightest loop of the demonstrating-/test-program, which is
  free-running full speed without sleeps or volunteer context
  switches.
