Until now, the example document parts before and after bibliography
had different LaTeX sources (for example for the bibliography we
didn't import an image or use equations!).

With this commit, I have started the process of unifying the logic of
steps and have reached the bibliography. I will later update that part
also.

This was all done to have the analysis and downloading of the image
and analysis within the final Makefile.
