The help text for Digest Frequency is wrong

The text at Settings - Digest -> Digest Frequency says "At what frequency should Mailman send out digests?". This is not what that setting controls. That setting is for core's digest_volume_frequency which controls how often the digest volume number is incremented and the issue number reset to 1. It has nothing to do with sending of periodic digests which is controlled by the frequency that the mailman digests --periodic command is run by cron.

The help text should be changed and perhaps the setting renamed to Digest Volume Frequency.
