Draft: Remove default use of django_gravatar.

The "django_gravatar" app transfers personally identifiable information (PII) to the gravatar service provider. Anyhow, accoding to GDPR, this requires a written contract between the mailinglist service provider and the gravatar service provider. Thus this service must not be enabled by default.
