Fix mailman conf to use entire config to find sections, not just schema.

Fixes #736 (closed)

This makes the output more verbose in that it winds up including the paths.* and runner.* sections from mailman/config/mailman.cfg, but I think that's preferable to missing the archiver.hyperkitty section.
