The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. If we are running on a single processor / core system, start the Mailman3 runner processes sequentially since busy waiting "in parallel" when memory is constrained may lead to broken locks and one or more runner processes becoming zombies.
