Messages to -join, -leave and -confirm that produce other replies shouldn't also produce 'results of your email commands'
Currently when a list's subscription policy is other than Moderate, sending a message to a list's -join or -subscribe address which doesn't produce an error will result in a confirmation request or a list welcome message sent to the user as well as a 'results of your email commands' message. This latter message is redundant and shouldn't be sent.
Likewise if confirmation is required, replying to the -confirm address will produce a list welcome message sent to the user as well as a 'results of your email commands' message. Here again, the latter message is redundant and shouldn't be sent.
