Fix readme
This merge request concerns the README that is not rendering in pypi :
https://pypi.org/project/maicos/
Its possible that the image was messing up the whole document, so I replaced the relative link by an absolute (https).
Its possible that the code-block will also be a problem even with the image fixed, but according to forum, code-block should not be a problem anymore with pypi.
