New documentation
What is new : Documentation created using sphinx, new folder 'docs' added. Also, .gitlab-ci file updated : 2 new steps that are necessary for the documentation to be build. New data files added, one is water inside a CNT, the other is water flowing in between two flat walls.
Note : since today the pipeline fails, the error : 'Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement MDAnalysis>=1.1.1' is not related to the new doc and occurs during the test phase of maicos. I don't know how to solve it
