Show authors in online documentation

We have an AUTHORS.rst file but the contributors are not visible on our website. This may make it hard for contributors to gain credit for their work on maicos if they can not be found on the first hit if you search for maicos.

To fix this I added an authors page in the toplevel menu on our docs website. I think it fits well there. But, let me know if this is to prominent and if we should move this into a submenu.
