Restructured tutorials
Changes made in this Pull Request:
- tutorial 'installation and usage' became 'installation'
- tutorial 'planar' became 'usage from the python interpreter'
- there is a new (short) tutorial to explain the usage from 'from the command line'
- the tutorial 'bulk' has been moved to the 'how to section' 'saxs'
- added links to Twitter and ReadTheDoc to the readme
- reformulated a bit 'general design' page
