1.0.0 Release

I am declaring this the 1.0.0 release because I have tested it in IE6 and it works exactly as I expect it to.
The goals of this application (upload, download, file listing, and being usable in older browsers) are complete.

This application will be merged once I test it in IE11 and some old Firefox version.
