I was planning on starting work in the reports system, but it has come to my attention that U2F only works in Chrome, so I am pushing this early with a warning that it only works on Chrome for desktop (closes #33 (closed)).

This also fixes the settings tabs not being highlighted (closes #23 (closed)). I also updated the readme with some more troubleshooting information.
