Create Invite Fix

Daniel Preston requested to merge Shifty/apex-sigma:feature/invitefix into develop

createinvite - Invites have a maximum duration of 24 hours and a maximum number of uses of 100. These checks were not present in the command, so, so I added them.

urbandictionary - Added a line to remove the brackets. These were used to denote hyperlinks to other words but they were unutilized in the command.
