Include 'bc' to Arch dependencies

Tales da Aparecida requested to merge tales-aparecida/lkcamp_docs:patch-2 into master

Had a fresh installed Arch and decided to restart the LKcamp booting guide, but faced a /bin/sh: bc: command not found error while trying to compile the kernel.

Installed bc and everything worked fine. :)
