Reestructure pages for new hack-style LKCAMP mode

Change our pages to reflect the new free-form Bring-Your-Own-Project style meetings for LKCAMP. This entails:

  • Make all main info in Portuguese to better fit our audience.
  • Add the 'objetivos' page describing the raison d'etre of the group
  • Add the 'participando' page describing all information to participate on the meetings and some pointers on how to start exploring FOSS projects
  • Archive old About page and put a small English description of the group in its place
