Refactor newest post shortcode

Ícaro Chiabai requested to merge refactor-newest-post-shortcode into master

Refactors the most-recent-box as a shortcode and adds it in _index.md in our site content files. Also removes the hardcoded site title.

One thing to define: if the most-recent-box title it's now customizable, does it makes sense to have a "check_out_our_latest_post" option in our i18n?

Closes #10 (closed).
