Add test resources

Also add a bunch of tests thanks to the resources, which fixed quite an amount of bugs.

Close #132 (closed).

Close #58 (closed) (lvsp tests won't be in as we don't have someone driving voice support). Increased test coverage is welcome, but the relevant test infra for that is in, which I believe is an absolute win.
