Fixing ports in nginx config

Hi there,

I noticed that the nginx example config doesn't work due to incorrect port numbers. Here's a fix. Also, the config doesn't mention that having a custom index page requires all static files and directories to be proxied as well for the instance to work properly, but I thought that the file would become to large if I added those.
