German Installation Guide, section "Partitioning": Pathnames (examples) of home directory corrected.

Corrections were made in Launchpad, approved by the owner of the existing version. Po-File was checked by mint-translation (after correcting a bug in the script). Corrected names of directories are now consistant to the explanation and the standard installation of LM.

Please use only the corrected German File for publishing.
