Generate man pages as part of install

These changes only affect RedHat systems. The Debian package building generates the man pages as part of the packing process.

The primary Makefile has been updated:

  • The 'make install' action now invokes the AAA-MK-MAN script to generate man pages from the POD documentation.
  • The 'make clean' action now invokes the AAA-MK-MAN script to remove the generated man pages.

The AAA-MK-MAN script now assumes that the man makes to be generated are in the same directory as the script. The script requires the pod2man perl script. The spec file has been updated with that dependency.

The primary Makefile now tests of the client.d directory exists before it attempts to create it.
