Better error message for certificate failures

Currently failing certificates simply print the upstream library stack trace. A more user-friendly message would be useful.

I cannot reproduce this anymore:

In [1]: import caosdb as db; db.Info()
Connection failed. Network or server down? [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self signed certificate (_ssl.c:1123)

Actually this still happens for more complex commands than db.Info().
