Version number correction of snippet
This corrects the version number of the snippet merged here !1674 (merged). Because of the use text marks, the snippet only works staring from version 2.23.14.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
