Avoid deprecated fgrep in fix-docsize.sh
GNU Grep 3.8 prints a warning when calling fgrep (and egrep), which
have long been deprecated. We could use the replacement grep -F, but
a plain grep does the job and the resulting docs are identical.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
