Prevent error when using pdftex + extractpdfmark 1.1.0

pdftex + extractpdfmark 1.1.0 raises an error. https://github.com/trueroad/extractpdfmark/issues/3

extractpdfmark 1.1.1 has been fixed and does not raise the error.

This commit adds a workaround option when using the old extractpdfmark to prevent the error.
