Add menus

Hi Leo, here's the updated draft for menu support.

I merged your stylistic changes, added initial support for keyboard control over menus (change selections with arrows, toggle with space bar), and some other fixes. There are still things to fix though.

There's an unrelated change (#:resizable? #f), which I need in order to get the correct mouse position (it should be related to fullscreen support).
