Latest versions of the browser ebuilds. Biggest changes are:

All ebuilds should now work without moz*.eclass
Update torbrowser to version 68.3.0_p902
Removal of dependency to virtual/cargo. Was no longer necessary and will be removed in gentoo as well: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695698
Limit rust dependency for waterfox* to <=1.37.0 due to deprecated functions. There seem to be some patches around for that but need to test it first.
