fix: remove detect-installer dependency

Closes: #2179 (closed)

detect-installer has no reason being an external dependency for such a tiny library

Description

Removes detect-installer as dependency in LIGO vscode ext Removes deprecated support for windows / npm / yarn as installers in LIGO vscode ext
