[#2130] Add disc union fields to scopes

Motivation and Context

Problem

Some requests on disc union fields are not supported (e.g. hovers, go to definition, e.t.c.). Let's add their support to scopes.

Solution

Add a common field info into matching, use it in references. Create new definitions from sum type fields.

Changelog

Support disc union fields in LSP. Now you can see hovers on these fields and use "go to definition" capability.
