[#2122] Improve performance for file completions

Motivation and Context

We're listing files for each completion request and deciding to show these items after. Let's move this decision logic into listing one in order to optimize this request. Also, we're listing hidden directories. Sometimes it could be inconvenient (e.g. we can encounter some contract files inside the .git directory). Let's also restrict this function.

Changelog

Improved performance for file completions. Now we list files only on demand.

Checklist:

  • Changes follow the existing coding style (use dune @fmt to check).
  • Tests for the changes have been added (for bug fixes / feature).

  • Changelog description has been added (if appropriate).
  • Start titles under ## Changelog section with #### (if appropriate).
