Fix: keep dynamic entries existence in contract signature for easier look-up

Motivation and Context

Benjamin reported a bug on mixing #import and dynamic entries.

Description

This MR fixes the issue by adding a boolean signaling the presence of dynamic entries in the signature of a contract, and then use that instead of looking up for $initial_dynamic_entrypoints.
