[#2087] Fix false negative for dynamic entrypoints
Motivation and Context
Problem
Dynamic entrypoints have wrong types in LSP. This is because
we assign the wrong types in scopes/types_pass.ml
.
Solution
Get types for dynamic entrypoints from the binder instead of its rhs expression.
