Some minor improvements on the refactoring of JsLIGO

Motivation and Context

• Upgrading the test contracts.
• Documenting the new features (natural, mutez and tez literals; function definitions with the keyword function).
• Fixed bitwise operators.
• Added more cases where semicolons can be omitted.
