[CameLIGO] Signature annotations in module declarations were not pretty-printed.
Motivation and Context
In CameLIGO, signature annotations in module declarations were not pretty-printed.
Description
The source
module S : sig val x : int end = struct let x = 1 end
was pretty-printed as
module S = struct let x = 1 end
Now it prints as
module S :
sig
val x : int
end = struct
let x = 1
end
