Motivation and Context
Description
Deprecates CLI options --views / -v
Deprecates ligo compile view
as it would force us to keep all the necessary logic for the combination of -m and -v
Test.originate_from_file
do not have a view parameter anymore

Deprecation: views can no longer be declared through the CLI. One must one the view annotation in the source

As discussed with Exequiel, to replace
compile views
we will add a--function-body
tocompile expression
. This way users can compile any function and get the michelson function body.
