Draft: Long path enabled on Windows
Motivation and Context
For Windows, which has a ridiculous 256 character limit on paths, we had to shorten library names in the entire sandbox so that Dune doesn't create paths greater than the limit. This was manual and time consuming.
Description
This MR uses a nightly build of esy that introduces support for long paths on Windows. We now use a fork of Tezos that no longer has library names shortened to indecipherable names. In a future MR we could revert the module name shortening we did for Ligo too
