list-declaration also lists entries with attributes

list-declaration --only-ep

closes #1895 (closed)

Description

Take [@entry] annotation into account, and going recursively into module declarations. Note: the generated "main" functions (e.g. Foo.$contract) also appear in the produced list

list-declaration command also print entries (declaration with attribute entry) when used with --only-ep
