Fix bug in pattern matching compiler

Motivation and Context

Description

Fix a bug in which pattern matching was throwing an error for no apparent reason. It was due to a generated michelson failwith on a string, having a forall type. In addition, we also now morph the failwith <string> to failwith <unit>, reducing contract size
