Preserving comment type (block or line) by pretty-printing.
Motivation and Context
Description
I changed the type Wrap.comment
to record the kind of comment (block or line). I also fixed a bug in the pretty-printer of JsLIGO: comments attached to attributes were not printed (there were in CameLIGO).

Changelog
With the last release of LIGO, the pretty-printers of CameLIGO and JsLIGO transformed all comments into block comments. This is a mistake, as block comments can be nested.
