Testing framework: update run so it runs in current tezos_context and move tzip12 tests to testing framework

This MR introduces the tests from src/test/tzip12_tests.ml as a test in the testing framework.

It was needed to introduce a few changes on how expressions are run in the framework (taking into account current context).
