Fix: get_fv in self-ast-tyed/sef-ast-imperative

There was a mistake in the way that get_fv was operating: mixing up between adding free variables to accumulated free variables and calculating all variables from once. This MR fixes it by explicitly writing the recursive function calculating free variables.
