ReasonLIGO syntax highlighting improvements

Merged Sander requested to merge reasonligo-syntax-highlighting-small into dev

  • move from a ReasonML syntax highlighting copy to ReasonLIGO specific highlighting

  • highlighting is now more in line with what's expected instead of "unique"

  • has a changelog entry
