[General][IMPORTANT] Debuff stacking rules are missing
Current behavior: You can have frostbolt slow, cone of cold and blizzard slow all at the same time.
Expected behavior: Only strongest effect should be applied Meaning: Hamstring should be overwritten by Cone of Cold, Cone of Cold should be overwritten by Crippling Poison, Crippling Poison should be overwritten by 3/3 Improved Blizzard talent. If two debuffs have same value, only the higher duration debuff is applied. What is important to note is that when one debuff is causing two effects, e.g. Slow has movement speed reduction aswell as other things, applying for example crippling poison should not remove Slow, but only ignore the movement debuff and use crippling poison value of slow and keep both debuffs. There are some exceptions though; All daze effects are exception from this rule and they always apply (note that piercing howl is snare, although description says daze) Hunter’s Frost trap is excluded from this rule because its not considered as controlled debuff. Warlocks Curse of Exhaustion is excluded from this rule aswell. This rule applies to all effects (Healing reduction/movement slow/attack speed slow, etc.)
