Try to continue reading postfix log file in case it's been moved by logrotate

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue #320 (closed) where logrotate makes ControlCenter unable to see changes in the mail.log file. Maybe logrotate has different ways rotate files that make inotify behave differently.

I haven't tested this MR in depth, but analyzing the logs from a report from a different user [1] suggests that this MR fixes the issue.
