Draft: Prevent build system of generating en translation files during build process

Leandro Santiago requested to merge feature/355_remove_en_translation into develop

The idea is that the en translation files is redundant as the original strings are in en, and that Weblate is "complaninig" about this fact, suggesting such files should be removed.
